Returns Policy

At World Stunner Lashes, we value your satisfaction with our products. Please review our returns policy below:


Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene reasons, all products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging. We are unable to refund any goods that have been opened or worn. The items must be returned with the seal intact. If you wish to return unwanted items, please do so within 14 days of receiving the item. Please note that during sale periods, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any unwanted items as this is an exclusive offer.

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, we will be more than happy to exchange or refund it for you. Kindly notify us within 7 days of receiving the damaged or faulty item.

Before making any returns, please contact our customer service team at info@worldstunner.com for further details. Please allow up to 14 working days for our returns department to process your return from the date it is received at our headquarters.

Please note that our lashes are handmade with love, which means each one can have slight variations. These variations are minor and should be considered part of the unique lash assignment of individual hair by our skilled employees. They are not considered faults.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds(if applicable)


Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of its arrival. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5 working days (UK) or 10 working days (International).


Late or Missing Refunds:


If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account.

Next, contact your bank as there may be some processing time before the refund is posted.

Exchanges:


If you wish to exchange an item, please notify our customer service team at info@worldstunner.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Our team will guide you through the necessary steps for an exchange, if applicable.

Please note that the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your protection, we recommend using a delivery service that insures the value of the goods.

For returns from outside the EU, please DO NOT USE COURIER SERVICES to avoid excessive clearance fees. If duty charges are incurred, we will refuse delivery or charge the fees back to you. Ensure the parcel is marked with a value of "ZERO" and clearly labeled as "RETURNED GOODS" on both the customs form and the parcel itself, as we cannot accept parcels with duty charges.

Please note that World Stunner Lashes does not cover the returns postage unless the item is incorrect or faulty.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

Discount codes provided by World Stunner Lashes Ltd are exclusive and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code or offer. Only one discount or offer is applicable per order. World Stunner Lashes reserves the right to remove any promotion at any given time.
